These terms and conditions govern your use of The Live-in Care Agency website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
The Live-in Care Agency provides live-in care services, matching professional carers with individuals who require care at home. We act as an introductory agency, carefully selecting, vetting, and matching carers to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
3. Care agreements
Before care commences, we will provide a detailed care agreement setting out the services to be provided, the fees payable, and the terms of the arrangement. Care will not begin until this agreement has been signed by all parties.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are charged weekly in advance. The current fee schedule will be provided as part of your care agreement. We reserve the right to adjust fees with a minimum of 4 weeks' written notice. There are no hidden charges — the weekly fee includes all care services as outlined in the care plan.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel the care arrangement at any time by providing 7 days' written notice. We may cancel the arrangement if we are unable to provide a suitable carer, or in circumstances where continuing care would be unsafe.
6. Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure the quality and safety of our care services, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the period in which any issue arose.
7. Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. Please refer to our Complaints page for our full complaints procedure.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
