What we're looking for

- Previous experience in care (professional or personal)
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and reference verification
